If you purchase the eBook, you will instantly receive an email within 24 hours with the eBook attached as a PDF.  Please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folders first if you do not receive the email with the PDF file. If after 24 hours you have not received the email with the eBook attached please email us at terriblyfit.com and we will re-send it to you as soon as possible.

If you order apparel, you will receive an order confirmation first and a shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days or the initial order with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days please contact us at terriblyfit.com and will get it to you as soon as possible.

If you only order stickers, and the quantity is 5 or more, you will receive an order confirmation first and a shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days or the initial order with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days please contact us at terriblyfit.com and will get it to you as soon as possible.

If you only order stickers and the quantity is 4 or less, they will be shipped via USPS with NO tracking number.  You will receive an order confirmation first and a shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days of the initial order confirmation, confirming the stickers were mailed via USPS. If you do not receive the stickers within 14 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at terriblyfit@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue.
