  • HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
    1-2 hours long, depending on your fitness level and desire to finish the challenge :)
  • ARE THESE CHALLENGES RIGHT FOR ME?
    We highly recommend that you are at least at an intermediate level of fitness before taking on these challenges. However, you can break the challenges down into smaller sessions and just complete what you are able to do.
  • WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE WORKOUTS?
    Just a mat and dumbbells for most workouts. Some don’t require any equipment and a few give an option of a pull-up bar or barbell, but substitutes are also given.
  • CAN I ACCESS THE EBOOK ON ANY DEVICE?
    Yes, you can access the ebook challenges on any device however, you will need an internet connection to access the 10 sec. exercise reference videos.
  • WHAT DO I DO WHEN I FINISH ALL OF THE CHALLENGES?
    Up your game! Go through the challenges again but use heavier weights and/or try to improve the amount of time it takes you to complete the challenge!
