INNOVATOR
Cyndi Johnson is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and a former college athlete. She has trained under bodybuilder and Crossfit trainers over the past 5 years. Tired of boring workouts, Cyndi took all the knowledge and techniques she had learned over the years and combined them into fun, crazy yet effective workout challenges. She found that the varied formats of the workouts encouraged people to push past plateaus and accomplish strength and agility goals they never thought possible. People began to request copies of her challenges which resulted in the creation of this ebook. Cyndi’s motto is “If you don’t question your sanity at least once during a workout then you’re not pushing yourself hard enough.” Her goal is to reach as many people possible with the joy of physical and spiritual fitness while reminding them it’s never too late to make a change for the better in life.
